For more than three decades, I have explored personal development, holistic healing, emotional patterns, human behavior, metaphysics, energy, physiology, and the relationship between our inner world and the lives we create.
My work has evolved because I have evolved.
I have studied, practiced, questioned, taught, mentored, experimented, changed my mind, released ideas that no longer fit, and allowed experience to refine what knowledge began.
I hold a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science degree, but credentials are only one part of what I bring to this work. The deeper value is perspective.

People often come to me with pieces: a feeling they cannot explain, a pattern they keep repeating, a decision they cannot make, an old identity that no longer fits, or a sense that life is asking something more of them.
I listen for what is underneath the words. I notice patterns. I simplify what feels complicated. I help you distinguish between fear, conditioning, emotion, intuition, habit, and genuine inner knowing.
